Brief Description
Journey level job. Is fully competent in the standard techniques, procedures and criteria used in carrying out a sequemce of engineering tasks. Under general supervision, performs all aspects of work applying new information and concepts. Assists in developing recommendations for more difficult and complex issues. Provides technical support for the evaluation, design, implementation, and execution of projects and post analysis of all phases of projects. Reviews economic status of projects. Requests and reviews bids for work to be performed. Recommends contractor and equipment. Provides recommendations to optimize engineering designs.
Detailed Description
· Conducts analysis on projects · Works close with contract and consulting companies on designs of equipment, field layout, etc. · Collects and evaluates vendor bids · Provides cost estimates and timing for future projects · Monitors and prepares project budgets · Responsible for maintaining required safety training and compliance · Provides project engineering support to other Noble Energy technical staff and departments as required
Job Requirements
· Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of five year experience in project operations or related field · Working knowledge of Subsea Architecture including trees, manifolds, plets, umbilicals, jumpers, flowlines, EFL/HFL, SCR s, and controls · Working knowledge of topside integrations including equipment sizing/selection, procurement, process simulations, design and specifications, pipeline riser interfaces, production interfaces, and support · Ability to organize, prioritize and make decisions under time restrictions

Decision-Making Authority/Knowledge Responsible for assisting project team in all aspects of engineering, execution, and installation.
Working Conditions Normal office environment. May include some field travel.
