The ERP Analyst provides application support for the Oracle E-Business Suite and/or P2 Enterprise Upstream systems.
? Provides functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or P2 Enterprise Upstream to business users and subject matter experts in the business teams in response to service requests and inquiries. ? Resolves Level 2 service requests or escalates requests to ERP Advisor and development teams. ? Develops functional design specifications for enhanced system functionality, provide functional support to the development team, and facilitate user acceptance testing with business teams once completed. ? Supports subject matter experts in the creation of, ad hoc queries of system data. ? Manages system and process documentation for the Oracle E-Business Suite and/or P2 Enterprise Upstream system footprints. ? Manages support queues, maintains key metrics for the support team and provides status information to the support manager. ? Facilitates regression testing activities with the business teams in support of system functionality releases, patches and upgrades.
? Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Business or Management Information Systems preferred or additional equivalent experience ? A minimum of five years experience implementing or supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite and/or P2 Enterprise Upstream applications ? Expertise in Oracle Discoverer or similar business intelligence tools. ? Experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry preferred ? Highly motivated, self-starting individual. Able to multi-task and manage to timelines ? Superior oral, written and communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees ? Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts as well as IT technical, development and support personnel
