Responsibilities:
·Process maintenance and improvement for electrode production; ·Update the engineering documents, such as WI, PFMEA; ·Lead team to do product problem-solving; ·Support the research and product development of lithium-ion batteries and packs; ·Provide timely project status reports to Engineering and Production teams. Qualifications: ·Bachelor Degree or above, chemical engineering or electrochemical engineering ; ·3+ years' hands-on experience, Li battery manufacturing or developing experience is preferred; ·Familiarity with six-sigma and quality tools; ·Work well in fast-paced team-oriented culture; take initiative in achieving goals; ·Good written in English, average oral is ok;
