Role Description




* This position reports to Sales Manager – Formation & Evaluation




Responsibilities






* Manage the marketing and sales force, ensuring effective client coverage and adequate staffing of resources.

* Develop strategies for sales and marketing, including short and long-term goals.

* Manage the pricing.

* Develop and administer an effective Account Management Program to monitor and ensure maximum performance as measured by: Services per job / Sales revenue per job / Sales revenue per client / Client Cross-section.

* Authorize all bids and contracts shall and ensure maximum revenue and profit with minimum exposure to the Company.

* Develop, implement and monitor proactive Sales Training and Education Program for sales, management and engineers.

* Maintain maximum utilization of all available units.

* Maintain an active dialogue with the Business Development Group.

* Execute the prevailing business development strategy.

* Maintain a visible presence with key clients, professional societies and academia.

* Create and maintain a library of current technical documentation and other relevant literature for the sales force, management and customers.




Experience and Skills required






* 15+ years oilfield experience.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably Geosciences

* Thorough knowledge of company products.

* Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.

* Good business acumen.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Excellent negotiating skills.

* Expertise in sales and marketing, business planning and project management
