Position Summary
Responsible for sales and marketing functions as assigned by Sales Director for Romania and Bulgaria. Develops and implements strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans. Manages CRM softwares (SFDC; Miller-Heiman), Responsible for conducting business in accordance with Company Policy and procedures in pursuit of Company goals and objectives. May coaches and mentor district sales teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
Significant operational and sales experience.
Knowledge of and significant experience tendering.
Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and conditions to meet BHI requirements for providing services.
Demonstrates proficient English skills in oral and written form. Significant communication skills to present and mentor groups and individuals, both internally and with Clients.
Romanian mother language ot fluent in Romanian
Demonstrated skills and experience to handle complex sales processes
Develop and execute country sales strategies for all BHI product lines
Broad knowledge and understanding of all oilfield technologies and applications
Completed additional sales training as defined by GeoMarket Sales Director.
Qualifications as necessary. Equivalency will be based on a combination of training and experience to ensure the necessary competencies as set forth in the job descriptions, and agreed upon by the GeoMarket VP and GeoMarket Sales Director.
Valid drivers license.

Position Duties/Responsibilities
Works with GeoMarket Headquarters and District teams to develop sales objectives and evaluate market opportunities for all services and Produt Lines throughout the area of responsibility.
Develops Country sales plan for all services and works with districts and Product Lines to implement in support of the GeoMarket and Region business plan.
Reports to GeoMarket Sales Director - North with functional reporting link to Country Manager
