Primary Duties . This position assists the Manager, Internal Communications to manage, produce and implement communications targeted for employees of Laclede Gas Company Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: . Implement annual internal communication programs targeted for all employees . Assist with content and updates for The Portal, Laclede TV, Laclede News, the Notification Network, and other relevant communications vehicles in support of Company and department objectives . Produce in-house videos for Laclede TV, The Portal and social media channels . Promote Company news, activities and important messages through internal channels . Assist with the organization and preservation of archives . Provide internal communications support for various departments, such as: drafting and/or reviewing letters, articles, memos, fact sheets, and/or overseeing the creation of fliers to help internal clients to meet their objectives . Serve as a champion for the Company's brand standards, strategic direction and employee engagement initiatives . Serve in a client/agency model for internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service . Conduct all communications initiatives in a time-sensitive and efficient manner . Develop and foster positive relationships with employees inside the department and in client departments . Regular attendance is considered an essential job function Additional Duties and Responsibilities include the following: . Perform any number of routine functions related to the Company's annual report, annual meeting, earnings releases, executive biography photos, speeches, and more as needed . Education and/or Experience . Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, business or related field . Minimum two years of experience in a variety of communications areas, such as media relations, advertising, employee communications, speechwriting, etc. .
