Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and supervises an accounting function which may include all month end closing functions, maintenance of general ledger, cash disbursements, statutory reporting or other functional area.
• Coordinates the production of various financial reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position and reviews for trends.
• May participate in the most complex general accounting projects.
• Supervises a group or section of accounting personnel.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.
Education, Experience Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 6+ years experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a team environment.
• Ability to interact affectively with Accenture outsourcing company
